1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TableCall mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service is operated by AP Studios BV, a company registered in Belgium ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

TableCall is a family communication application that allows users to:

• Send notifications to family members when meals are ready
• Detect which family members are home via WiFi connection
• Plan meals and create voting rounds for family input
• Manage family groups and linked devices
• Receive notifications on mobile devices, browsers, and smart TVs

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address, phone number, Apple ID, or Google account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Age Requirements

Users under 16 years of age may use the Service under parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's use of the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Collect user information without consent

5. Family Groups

When you create a family group, you become the administrator of that group. As an administrator, you are responsible for:

• Managing family membership and removing members when appropriate
• Ensuring appropriate use of the family features by all members
• Protecting the QR code used to join your family

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AP Studios BV and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (such as meal plans and dish suggestions). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AP STUDIOS BV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AP Studios BV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
